A much weakened Sheldwich side deserve great credit for their excellent display of commitment despite being totally outplayed.
Rodmersham made light of the Sheldwich attack, scoring a formidable 169 for 4 from their 20 over allocation with Richard Cooper(50 retired) and Dillon Emmett(41) top scoring.
None of the Sheldwich batsmen performed well and the side were dismissed for 27. Rodmersham bowling honours went to Michael Yates and Christopher Piesley both of whom took 4 wickets for 1 run.
