Another fine victory by Rodmersham saw them defeat Bexleyheath by 130 runs and maintain their strong challenge for promotion to Division 2. This was a good all round team performance which saw everyone contributing towards the teams' success.

Asked to bat, Rodmersham lost their first two wickets for 39 after 10 overs but solid batting down the order saw them recover to a formidable 251 for 9 from their 50 overs allocation. Top scorers were Simon Morley with a confident 46 and skipper Colin Mason (45).

Bexleyheath were overwhelmed by the Rodmersham attack who kept them under constant pressure and dismissed them in just 29.5 overs for 121. Bowling honours went to Lee Gregory(4 for 30) and Darren Nokes (3 for 25).
