Rodmersham posted a respectable score of 215 for 6 with 14 year old Kevin Jones top scoring with 54 not out. During the tea interval, it was discovered that an "administrative error" had allowed Rodmersham to receive 41 overs. The Minster allocation of overs was extended accordingly.
An excellent response from Minster saw A Hoskin (96) and M Tucker (77) put on 151 for the 1st wicket with the victory target of 216 being reached in the 41st and final over.
